Tender Nursing HHC, Inc. is owned and administered by Arzu Onay, who has over 20 years of management experience at corporate level and home care industries. After working many years as an executive for big corporates, Ms. Onay found out about her innate ability and passion to extend her hand to people in need when her mother had a stroke and became bed ridden in the mid-90's. After this tragic incident, she resigned from her executive position at Schwarzkopf & Henkel to take care of her ailing mother and provide her with the comfort and care that she believed her mother needed and deserved.

While Ms. Onay took care of her mother, she noticed the lack of facilities that show a "human touch" and she got convinced that she needed to leave the corporate world behind and pursue a career where she could help people in need of a loving care.

Tender Nursing HHC is committed to provide the best possible home care and transportation services. It is our mission to care for, respect, honor and value our residents and our society. Tender Nursing HHC not only provides high quality home care and transportation services for those who would like to enjoy the comfort of their own homes, but also delivers a great residential care for the elderly and for individuals with disabilities at beautifully decorated 6-bed capacity "Hawkins Suite," where our residences can have a real home experience. Ms. Onay named the facility in the memory of her first and beloved patient, Mr. Donald Hawkins.
