I had to receive general anesthesia for a rotator cuff repair. Arzu was responsible for my transportation to the facility, and back to my home, then remaining with me overnight.
Despite the unfamiliar surroundings and my lack of preparation for any post operative care, Arzu was able to get me home safely, get me comfortable and start ice pack applications for the remainder of the day.
She prepared my bed at the required angle of elevation to protect the shoulder. Through the night she was alert to my getting up, always offering assistance.
She provided me with all the care and supervision one would give a family member. I remain sincerely grateful for her professional care during a critical time for me.
